1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nudobu website and services. Nudobu ("we," "us," or "our") operates a foreign language school providing educational services to students of all ages and proficiency levels. By registering for our courses, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or access our website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Course Registration and Enrollment

To enroll in our language courses, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.1 Eligibility

Our courses are available to individuals of all ages. Students under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enroll in our programs. By registering a minor, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2.2 Course Placement

We offer placement assessments to determine the appropriate course level for each student. While we strive to place students in the most suitable classes, final placement decisions rest with Nudobu's academic staff.

3. Payment Terms and Tuition Fees

All course fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

• Payment Deadlines: Tuition fees are due before the course commencement date unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
• Late Payments: Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of access to classes until payment is received.
• Payment Plans: Installment payment options may be available for certain courses. Please contact us for details.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

4.1 Student-Initiated Cancellations

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund of tuition fees
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund available
• After course commencement: No refunds will be issued for partial course completion

4.2 Nudobu-Initiated Cancellations

If Nudobu cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other operational reasons, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course.

5. Class Attendance and Student Responsibilities

Regular attendance is essential for language learning success. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete assigned coursework. Nudobu reserves the right to dismiss students who fail to meet attendance requirements or whose behavior disrupts the learning environment.

5.1 Missed Classes

If you miss a class, we will endeavor to provide materials covered during your absence, but we cannot guarantee makeup sessions. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes due to student absence.

5.2 Code of Conduct

All students must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, handouts, digital content, videos, and teaching methodologies, are the intellectual property of Nudobu or our licensed content providers. Students may use these materials solely for personal educational purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without written permission.

7. Online Learning Platform and Technology

For courses delivered online or through our digital platform, students are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices. Nudobu is not responsible for technical issues arising from the student's equipment or internet service provider.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration and throughout your time with us will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. We may use your information to communicate course updates, promotional offers, and educational content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nudobu strives to provide high-quality language education, but we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency levels. Our liability is limited to the amount of tuition fees paid for the specific course in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We encourage students to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action. We are committed to addressing complaints promptly and fairly.

11. Changes to Services

Nudobu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including course offerings, schedules, and instructors, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected students of significant changes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
